Three Ministers, a President of a political party, and two secretaries have failed to declare their assets and liabilities with the Anti-Corruption Commission. Including them, 61 presidents, executive directors, CEOs, coordinators from various organisations failed to declare their asset and liability for the year 2013.
From those holding top posts in the civil service, 366 of them have filed their declaration.
According to the Anti-Corruption Commission, the rate of non-declaration has increased by 0.28 percent, in 2013. By April this year about 19,652 falling under Schedule II have filed their declaration online, showing an increase in declaration of asset by 6,790 compared to 2012.
