The annual Pemagatshel Tsechu began, today. During the three-day Tsechu, mask dances like the Shingjay-Pho-mo, Sha-zam, Dhur-dha, Tung-ngam, Guru-Tshengay, Raksha-Mang-Chham and Zhana-Nga-Chham will be performed.  Hundreds of people dressed in their finest gathered to witness the first day of the Tsechu.
