Phuentshogling detects two positive cases

Majuwa village in Phuentshogling has been placed under lockdown until further notice after a 54-year-old woman tested positive yesterday. The woman is a primary contact of the positive case detected on January 6. The Southern COVID-19 Task Force implemented the lockdown this morning. Six primary contacts have been traced and tested.

In another case, a 27-year-old man working in Bhutan plastic Industry in Pasakha tested positive during routine surveillance. The man has 13 primary contacts.
