His Holiness the Je Khenpo presided over a thruesel ceremony at Mangdechhu Hydroelectric Power Project Authority‘s ( MHPA) dam site today.
His Holiness is on his way to Thimphu from Bumthang, after the conclusion of the moenlam chenmo in Jambay Lhakhang.
The MHPA’s fraternity also received blessings from His Holiness.
