Gelephu police have detained a 24-year-old woman for stealing Nu.70,000 from the Gelephu Dungkhag office.
She was arrested on December 5.
The suspect worked as a geog accountant at the Gelephu Dungkhag office.
The theft reportedly occurred in June this year.
The case has been forwarded to the court.
