The Bhutan Bodybuilding and Weightlifting Federation has sent two athletes, to compete in the Ninth South Asian Men’s Bodybuilding Championships, which will be held in Punjab, India.
Tandin Wangchen, who won the title of Mr. Bhutan, and Rinchen Tashi, who secured fifth position in Mr. Bhutan Championships, will compete in 90 KG plus and 65 KG categories.
The championship is scheduled to start on November 2 and will end on November 4 in Ludhiana.
Meanwhile, the Federation also has selected the athletes to represent Bhutan in fourth World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships, which will be conducted in Thailand in December this year.
