Team Pelden Group of Companies wins Yangphel Open Archery

Team Pelden Group of Companies won the Yangphel Open Archery Tournament finals which was played at Changlimithang in Thimphu today. They won two sets of the match.

Team Yul-Gyel came in second position after winning one set and Team Dragon Roots stood in the third position. The winners were awarded iPad and automatic washing machine each.

The players who came in the second place took home an old version iPad and a refrigerator each. A lap top and a microwave oven were awarded to those who came in third position.

Tshewang Dorji from Pelden group of companies bagged the prize for the best archer. He took home a cash prize of Nu.200,000. He hit a total of 18 kareys in the best of Bhutan shootout.

The prizes were awarded by Her Royal Highness Princess, Dechen Yangzom Wangchuck.
