The Supreme Court (SC) has directed the High Court and the Ministry of Works and Human Settlement to take administrative actions against the members of the tender committee involved in awarding the construction of the Supreme Court.
The move comes after SC found out that the tender committee had tried to favour Nima Construction Company through manipulation and tampering of tender documents.
