Rukoobji village gets fire hydrants, Wangdue Phodrang

Fire hazards have always been a concern for Rukoobji village in Wangdue Phodrang. The village has around 60 households all clustered together. However, their worries and fears have been somewhat eased with the recent installation of fire hydrants in their village.
