The Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS) launched a leadership program for the judiciary in Phuentshogling yesterday. The institute now offers nine leadership courses.

21 justices, judges and court registrars from across the country are attending a ten-day program, which began from today.  The course offers leadership skills, coaching skills, mindfulness and emotional intelligence, and Bhutan’s foreign policy among others.

This is the 39th leadership course conducted by the RIGSS, since its establishment five years ago.

Until now, 959 participants underwent leadership courses in RIGSS.
