Poor B-Mobile services infuriate usersB-Mobile users, in the capital, are infuriated with the service provider’s inability to fix its slow 3G internet service and unclog network congestion.

“…The network gets clogged constantly. 3G is also very slow. Elsewhere, even 1 or 2G is faster than Bhutan’s 3G,” said a B-mobile user, Rinchen.

Another user, Rinchen said B-Mobile it is quite frustrating when they have to make emergency calls.

Bhutan Telecom Limited had said they will fix their services by December. “Nothing has been done,” said Rinchen.

Telecom officials say the problems would be solved by the end of December. The network congestion and slow internet, they said, is because of too many users either calling or browsing internet at the same time.

At the moment, the telecom officials are working on the installation of the 3G equipment.
