Points of entry in Samtse under strict surveillance

With all points of entry at the borders closed, the 43 formal and informal border crossings in Samtse are under strict vigilance. The dzongkhag, along with the police, gewog officials, and Desuups are making sure no unauthorized personnel come in or go out.
