The People’s Democratic Party, PDP declared Rinchen Khandu as their candidate for Pema Gatshel’s Nganglam Constituency. The 37-year-old worked as a lecturer at the Paro College of Education. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the Paro College of Education. PDP has declared 43 candidates so far. The party stated that the remaining candidates will be announced in the next two weeks.
