Newshour-ElectionHurdles- Party coordinators and door-to-door campaigns during elections divide communities and hinder in conducting free and fair elections. The local leaders of Punakha raised the concern during the recent Dzongkhag Tshogdu. But how genuine are these reasons? Does it really have impact during the election?
