Many people are staying indoors due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Moreover, people returning home from abroad are also being placed under quarantine at designated centres. This has made it challenging to keep oneself physically active, putting one more at risk of suffering from non-communicable or mental health issues. Because of this, many people are now turning to Yoga.
