Thimphu police arrested a 28-year-old man for allegedly stabbing a 39-year-old man at Olakha on Monday.
According to the police, they knew about the incident after the health officials of the National Referral Hospital informed them.
Police learned that the suspect has allegedly stabbed the victim after an argument broke out between them over a parking space.
