Students arrested for alleged substance abuse

Phuentshogling police arrested three students for allegedly involved in substance abuse, yesterday. The police apprehended the teenagers at Rinchending check post when the suspects were looking for a lift to Thimphu.

Students and teachers vaccinated en masse

Fifty-six students and some teachers of Pelrithang Middle Secondary School in Sarpang were vaccinated for coming in contact with a rabid dog. Gelegphu Veterinary Hospital confirmed the puppy had rabies. It died on April 8.
