JOCVs celebrate 25th anniversary

The Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) under the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Bhutan celebrated their 25th Anniversary at the clock tower in the capital, today.

Like in any other dzongkhags, Trongsa police launched the, Friend of Police, programme. Some 30 members, from all walks of life, registered as its member with a commitment to contribute to the society.

 

The sixth regional job fair was held in Samdrupjongkhar, yesterday. “Know your future” is the theme this year. More than hundred job seekers from the Dzongkhag attended the day-long fair.
