Team Haa United emerged the winner of an archery tournament organised by Chundu Tsherig Tshogpa. The team members bagged an 11 inch Tempa statue each. Team Maneng Guru came second and the team members took home a 10 inch Guru statue each. Team Luesho Ngaa placed third and players were given 9 inch Guru statues.

Team Khamsa Workshop has won the Rinpung archery tournament in Paro. Team Kinley Construction emerged second and Team Norphel placed third. The winning team took home Chhoe Bum sets, and the 1^st runners-up team was given washing machines. The 2^nd runners-up received TV sets.

Bhutan Kuen-Ngyam Party revealed one more candidate, today. The party has revealed 31 candidates, so far.

A total of 67 candidates will be the contesting in the upcoming national council elections. Sixty two are male and only 5 are female candidates.
