The Economic Affairs Committee of the National Council is of the view that the growing issue of fronting can only be addressed by the “’Trade and Investment Bill’ which is yet to be tabled. The Bill was recommended to be urgently tabled during the last session due to grave problems surfacing especially in large business and construction sectors.
