NA repeals a clause from Customs Bill

NA-CustomBillNational Assembly repealed the Customs Bill 2015 clause, which states that a person, who fails to clear dues, shall be notified through the public media, after exhausting all efforts.

Parliamentarians said the section is against human rights.

The decision was made after majority of the parliamentarians voted to repeal the clause.
