Monggar District court has dismissed a case against a proposed mining in Chagsakhar and corruption allegation against the Chagsakhar Gup. A group of seven people from Chagsakhar filed the case on Monday.
At the miscellaneous hearing, the court said since it’s a corruption related case, it has to be routed through the Anti-corruption Commission, the Office of the Attorney General or other agencies. The court also said since the mining has not yet started, it cannot intervene.
