The 4th annual Moenlam Chhenmo in Samdrup Jongkhar presided over by the Dorji Lopen of Zhung Dratshang concluded today.
Over a thousand devotees from Samdrup Jongkhar and other neighbouring Dzongkhags gathered to offer prayers during the Moenlam Chhenmo.
