Monggar police arrested a 35-year-old man from Chagsakhar Gewog, Monggar in connection with possession of over one kilogram of Hashish.
Hashish is a substance made from the cannabis plant.
Police detained the man at Yadi on Friday while doing routine checking along the highway. He was travelling from Chagsakhar towards Monggar at that time.
Police are investigating the case.
