This festive season of light will be literally brighter for the people of Malbassey in Patshaling Gewog of Tsirang. After decades of waiting, the village was connected to the national electricity grid recently. The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), funded the project implemented through the Bhutan Power Corporation Limited.
