Many houses in Langthil village, Trongsa have developed several cracks on the walls and pillars. The cracks, which started to appear from 2016, has been increasing. Fearing the houses may collapse, the locals have requested for an official investigation.

The houses are located about a meter from the highway, and the residents allege that the heavy dumpers of the Mangdechhu Hydro Power Plant caused these cracks.
