The dairy farm groups of Orong and Gomdar Gewogs were distressed when they had to stop selling milk due to the nationwide lockdown earlier last month. The group could not supply milk to individuals, households and other buyers. However, Koufuko Dairy Plant based in Trashigang came to their rescue. They started collecting milk from the groups’ milk collection centre a few weeks ago.
