India donates a portable digital x-ray machine to Bhutan

Ambassador of India to Bhutan Ruchira Kamboj handed over a portable digital x-ray machine to Foreign Minister Dr Tandi Dorji, today. The X-Ray machine which will be used in Phuentshogling is a gift from the people and Government of India to the people and the Royal Government of Bhutan. 

According to a press release from the Embassy of India in Thimphu, this “is in keeping with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s assurance that India will stand by its close friend and neighbour, Bhutan, in fighting the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.”
