India announces its new ambassador to Bhutan

IndianAmbassadortoBhutan- Gautam Bambawale- The Indian External Affairs Ministry’s website confirms Gautam Bambawale, as the next Indian Ambassador to Bhutan. He is the current joint secretary in charge of the East Asia division that includes China and Japan. He will replace the current Indian Ambassador to Bhutan V.P Haran.

The website also says that he is expected to take up the post soon. He has served in Hong Kong and Beijing as well.
