Mil Kumar Mongar-Gup-Darla Gewog-Chhukha. (Picture Story): His Majesty the King awarded Dhar to Mil Kumar Mongar, 34, the new Gup of Darla Gewog in Chhukha.

Mil Kumar Mongar is from Upper Saureney. He was elected as Darla’s new Gup in September, last year, after the Gewog’s Gup, Budhiman Samal, died in a car accident in August.
