Karma Tshering, who was the Director-General of the Department of School Education, is the new Education Secretary.
And Yeshey Rangrik Dorjee is the new Pema Gatshel Dzongda. He was working as the Director of the Directorate Services in the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Traditional ceremonies associated with appointments are to be held at a later date in light of the current COVID-19 situation.
