His Holiness the Je Khenpo consecrated a Dre-Maed Nam-Nyi chorten in Samdrup Jongkhar on Sunday.
The chorten is located in the district town. It was built by the S.D Eastern Ferro Silicon Private Limited Company.
The chorten will not only be a place of worship for the town residents but also a tourist attraction.
