His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over the second annual Moenlam Chenmo in Gasa Dzongkhag from today.
More than one hundred monks including the Lam Neten from the Dzongkhag Rabdey and Punakha Mani Dungdrup Lobdra are performing the weeklong Moenlam Chhenmo. Thousands of devotees from the dzongkhag and nearby dzongkhags are attending the ceremony.
