The Gyalyum Charitable Trust contributed Nu.7.6 Million to His Majesty’s Kidu Fund for COVID-19 on April 8. The contribution was made on the command of Her Majesty the Queen Mother Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck.
According to the press release from the Trust, the contribution is to support the purchase of essential medical supplies and COVID-19 testing kits.
The Gyalyum Charitable Trust is the umbrella organization, for all the charities under the royal patronage of Her Majesty the Queen Mother Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck.
