The Gelephu police, today, detained two men aged 19 and 20 years for allegedly raping two minors.
The men however said it was consensual. The girls admitted to having an affair with the men. The matter was first reported to the Jigmecholing Gewog, where the men and the girls are from. The case was forwarded to the police by the gewog administration.
