A furniture house and a fabrication makeshift hut were razed to the ground in a fire incident at Bondey in Paro, this morning. The incident happened at around 2 AM.
A passenger bus parked in a car wash in the area was also burnt. There were no casualties. Fire fighters’ prompt action was able to stop the fire from spreading further.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire started from the furniture house although it has yet to be ascertained. Police are
investigating the case.
