Forest blaze in Jarey Gewog contained

Foresters, dzongkhag officials, DeSuups, and local volunteers contained the forest fire in Jarey Gewog, Lhuentse on April 21.

The blaze, which raged on for almost a week, burnt through 200-acre of Chir Pine trees under community forest land.
