The Election Commission of Bhutan has awarded Certificates of Election to 12 National Council-elects.
Certificates were awarded, this morning, to the 12 members who are currently in Thimphu by the Chief Election Commissioner, Dasho Kunzang Wangdi.
This comes 3 days after the elections which saw about 67 candidates including 14 incumbents, and the re-election of 6.
The remaining NC- elects can collect their certificates from the ECB when they are in Thimphu.
The petition period is till May 8 for voters or candidates to report any grievances related to the elections.
