A Druk Phuensum Tshogpa’s Gewog Coordinator in Trashigang has lodged a complaint to the Dzongkhag against two civil servants.
The two civil servants are accused of arranging transportation for the people and campaigning on behalf of People’s Democratic Party in Bikhar, under Samkhar Gewog in Trashigang on July 11. Both the civil servants, according to the gewog coordinator have already cast their votes through postal ballot.
