The first ever National Deogor Tournament began at Changlimithang ground in Thimphu, yesterday.
In today’s morning match, Team Danglo defeated Woezer. Team Charo Nga defeated Team Fhola.
The organiser, Woezer Events, said the tournament was organized is to revive and encourage people to maintain and preserve traditional games.
A total of nine teams from Thimphu, Chhukha and Dagana are participating in the tournament.
Four matches are played in a day. The final is scheduled on April 15.
