Druk Chirwang Tshogpa’s president Lily Wangchhuk, launched their party’s election campaign from Punakha yesterday. During the interaction with the people, the DCT’s president urged the people to choose the right party to contest in the general elections. The DCT party president said if elected the party will make the country a vibrant and caring democracy.
Druk Chirwang Tshogpa also promised to empower women. DCT’s president said if elected the party will emphasis on youth and gender issues.
The party president said if elected the party will strengthen the private sector. The party also pledged to institute Art Endowment fund, if they get elected.
