Dalbari-Dagapela secondary national highway to be complete by March next year

The major works of the much-awaited Dalbari-Dagapela secondary national highway in Dagana is expected to be complete by March, next year. According to the project officials, the shortage of expatriate and remote worksites are affecting the progress. At the moment, 78 per cent of road construction works are achieved. \
