Chief Justice attends passing out parade of DeSuupsThe Chief Justice, Sonam Tobgye, attended the passing out parade of the 13th batch of DeSuung Programme in Wangdue Phodrang Training centre, today.

This batch had parliamentarians and officials from the executive level take part in it. The desuups took an oath to serve Tsa-Wa-Sum. They were awarded certificates for completing the training.

The Families and friends of the DeSuups also attended the parade.
