Bhutan Kuen-Nyam Party (BKP) has revealed its candidate from Lingmukha-Toedwang constituency in Punakha.
The new candidate, Phuntsho Namgay is a former consultant who had also worked as a senior lecturer at the Royal Institute of Management in Semtokha.
