The Bhutan Tendrel Party declared their last two candidates in the capital, today. The candidates will represent the party from constituencies in Thimphu and Paro. With this, the Bhutan Tendrel Party has confirmed and declared candidates for all 47 National Assembly constituencies.
Kunzang Dorji is the party’s candidate for Paro’s Lamgong_Wangchang constituency.
The 40-year-old holds a bachelor’s degree from the erstwhile Institute of Language and Culture Studies in Simtokha.
Prior to joining politics, Kunzang Dorji operated a water bottling plant. He also worked with the Anti-Corruption Commission in various capacities.
Likewise, 54-year-old, Tandin Tshering, is the party’s candidate for the South Thimphu constituency.
He holds a Master of Business Management from the Thammasat University in Thailand.
He served as the Secretary General of the National Assembly of Bhutan before joining the party.
