The government of Bhutan and Japan signed a Grant Aid Agreement of Nu 110 M for ‘The project for Human Resource Development Scholarship’ today. The Japan Development Scholarship is to develop human resources in various fields for the development of Bhutan.
The scholarship will give an opportunity to public servants to take up Masters and Doctoral programme in Japanese Universities. The Royal Civil Service Commission is implementing the project.
