His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen arrived in Samtse from Phuentsholing yesterday. On arrival, Their Majesties were received by the dzongkhag officials and monks from Samtse Rabdey.
His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Gyaltsuen granted audience to the dzongkhag and local government officials, armed forces and the teacher trainees of Samtse College of Education.
Addressing the gathering His Majesty said with the rapid development taking place in the country, people should be prepared to face any challenges.
