An automobile workshop in Paro town caught fire, this morning. Police report states the incident occurred at around 7:30 AM from a probable electric short circuit.
No casualties were reported.
A wooden cottage with two occupants and a unit used as the workshop office was burnt down completely. The fire also burnt down around four vehicles and damaged other machinery and equipment.
The police were able to control the fire before it could spread to the houses nearby.
