Three ambassador designates of Czech Republic, Egypt, and Finland presented their credentials to His Majesty the King today.
The ambassador designate of Czech Republic to Bhutan, Miloslav Stasek, 42, has served as Ambassador to Egypt, and Sudan, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh and Nepal. He has served in various capacities in the Czech government, especially in posts related to the Middle-East.
The Ambassador designate of Egypt, Khaled Aly El Bakly, has been in diplomatic service since 1996. Prior to his appointment as Ambassador to India, he was Egypt’s Deputy Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs.
The roving Ambassador of Finland, Rauli Suikkanen, was previously the Finnish Foreign Ministry’s Deputy Director and the Deputy Special Representative of Pakistan and Afghanistan. He has a master’s in Law from the University of Helsinki.
Following the credential ceremony, His Majesty the King granted audience to the Ambassadors.
