For many children around the country, getting to school means hopping on to a bus, a car or maybe walk a kilometre or two. Not that hard, is it? However, walking close to three hours to get to school is inconceivable for many of us. But this is what some 30 students from Dewathang and Chathakgang villages in Samtse have been doing for several years.
